Yes, I have grilled shrimp on the GF grill. It doesn't take very long at all, that is for sure. Two minutes tops for larger shrimp. What I would recommend it that you marinate the shrimp (for no more than an hour) in something like white wine, garlic, and butter for a scampi-type shrimp, or even a tequila-lime combination for a Southwestern flair. I have found that in general that I like marinating items to use on the GF grill, since you don't get the smoke flavor an outdoor grill provides. But I have done shrimp multiple times, and the grill does a good job. They will stay nice and juicy and even put some grill marks on them with less than two minute cooking time. I would recommend trying it if you like shrimp!
