Recipe(tried): snapper Pensacola

Snapper Pensacola
1 can Tomatoes (or diced fresh)
2 snapper fillets
1 onion, chopper
1 cup bell pepper diced
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
Saute onion and bell pepper. add minced garlic, tomatoes and 1 bay leaf. Pour over fish and bake 350 oven 25 to 30 minutes or until fish is done.

This is an old local fisherman recipe and it is delicious.
