Recipe(tried): Snicker Bar Cookies

I am not a great baker, but I tried the snicker bar cookies and they are wonderful, even I can make them. I got the recipe from a friend of mine, that knows that I am looking for easy recipes and she told me about the Milky Way substitute. I need to make them in big batches for my husbands and his 70 soldiers. It is hard for me to get the mini Milky Ways though, because I only have a limited Air Force commisary to shop at. What I do instead is cut the regular Milky Way bars in pieces. It is a little harder to do, but if that is the only way to make them, I make it work.
