We use a recipe where you pack the beans in pint jars with zinc lids. They ferment in the jars.
Yield: 3 pints
4 1/2 lbs of beans
1/2 cup salt
100 lbs beans
7 1/2 lbs salt
( 1 bushel yields approx. 20 pints)
