Recipe: Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

4 chicken breasts
1 small (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled

In a small amount of water, cook chicken until tender. Remove from bone and cut into small chunks; place in 8x8-inch glass dish.

Mix sour cream and soup together, spoon over chicken.

Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs; place over top of chicken.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 400 degree oven.
