Recipe(tried): Spiced Holiday Pecans

I use this recipe often during the Holidays. Hope this is what you're looking for!

Spiced Holiday Pecans

1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. curry
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1/4 t. ginger
1/4 t. cinnamon
2 T. olive oil
2 cups whole pecan halves or almonds
1 T. coarse salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl mix all spices and set aside. Heat oil in a skillet on low heat. Add spice mix and stir well. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Place nuts in a bowl. Scrape spice mixture onto nuts and toss well. Spread nuts in one laye on a cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. With a rubber spatula mix well. Sprinkle with salt. Cool at least 2 hours. Store in an air tight jar.
