Recipe: Spicy Apricot Dipping Sauce for Chicken or Fish (using apricot preserves)

"Serve as a dipping sauce with cooked chicken wings or chicken tenders. Also good with fish (salmon)."
1 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 garlic clove, minced
Heat preserves on defrost setting in microwave until preserves are easy to stir. Add vinegar, chili powder and garlic. Stir well.
Makes about 18 servings
