Recipe(tried): Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Hello Ladies again, I am having an off day today. My DH left real early this AM to go out of town on business and I usually miss him alot but today I am really having a tough time missing him :( Therefore, I am making "dufus" mistakes. I meant to post this with the prime rib. This is so quick especially if you open all your cans and line them up in front of your dish. It assembles in seconds. I have had kids that hate spinach (so they say ) eat this when they visit us for dinner.

Spinach Artichoke Casserole

1 lb. fresh spinach steamed (may use 10 oz. box frozen but fresh is better)
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can hearts of palm ( slice in desired thickness)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese ( room temp.)
1 stick butter (room temp.)
Mozzarella or pre-packaged Italian grated blend cheese
Paprika

Cook Spinach and drain. Grease round casserole dish or spray with non stick cooking spray. Layer spinach, artichokes, water chestnuts , hearts of palm and mushrooms. Whip together the cream cheese and butter. Spread on top of layers to cover. Sprinkle tope with choice of cheese. Finally sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
