Recipe(tried): Stroganoff Casserole

STROGANOFF CASSEROLE

2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. salt
1 large package of egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups milk
2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
2 Tbsp instant minced onion
2 Tbsp chopped pimento
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers

Blend sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together. Add milk and stir until blended. Mix everything together except for the cracker crumbs. Pour into 3-qt. casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 mintues. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake for 5 minutes longer. Garnish with parsley.

Makes 10-12 servings.
