Recipe(tried): stuffed mushrooms a great side dish

Side Dishes - Vegetables
Kim this is a very easy recipe, and very tasty, with anything!

Large white mushrooms,
1 cup of mozerella
1 cup of pepper jack cheese, or your favorite
1/2 tsp of oregano

wash mushroom well, remove caps carefully,
mix all cheeses and spice together, stuff the caps
with mixer, broil for 2 to 5 mins, depending on how many your doing.
