Recipe(tried): Zucchini Side Dish

You could make a Zucchini, Summer Squash (for the color,) Onion, Tomato side dish. I often make this as a side dish but I don't really have a recipe. Here is what I do...

I put a Tbl., or maybe a little more of olive oil in a saute pan. I slice some onions and put them in the pan. I wash summer squash and zucchini and slice them and put them in the pan. I cover the pan and cook them about 4 min. on medium-low heat. Then I add some fresh tomato in chunks and cook until they are warm. At the last minute, I throw in some fresh basil, coarsely chopped, and some freshly grated parmesan cheese. I put the lid back on the pan until the cheese is "melty." I don't use garlic in this recipe but you might like to add some??1?
