WHEN I WORKED AT KRESSGES(NOW KMART) BACK IN THE SIXTYS, THEY PUT SALAMI, BOLONGA, HONEY LOAF, SLICED ONIONS, LETTUCE TOMATOES AND MUSTARD ON THEM. THAT WAS IT. HOPE THIS HELPS.
