Recipe(tried): Sugar cured ham

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
Be sure to start with a sugar cured ham, not a fresh ham. Use a large can of pinapple rings and drain the juice. Combine the juice of pineapple with 1 cup of brown sugar. Score the ham with a knife in a diamond pattern and place a whole clove at the intersections. Place the pineapple rings on the top of ham. Baste with the sugar/juice mixture. Bake according to weight on label--20 minutes per pound. Cover with foil while baking and baste with juice mixture as you bake.
