Recipe(tried): Polish Kielbasa with Beer and Onions (crock pot)

POLISH KIELBASA WITH BEER AND ONIONS

1/3 cup honey mustard
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
18 oz beer or brown ale
2 (16 oz each) Kielbasa sausages, cut into 4-inch pieces
2 onions, quartered

Combine the honey mustard and the brown sugar in crock pot. Whisk in the ale. Add the sausage pieces. Top with the onions.

Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours.

Makes 6 servings
