Recipe: Summer Tartar Sauce

Toppings - Assorted
Summer Tartar Sauce
Makes about 1/2 cup

Here is a fresh Tartar Sauce which will go great, paired with lemon
wedges, with fresh poached or grilled salmon. Very simple to do.

3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 to 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in small bowl. Stir in eggs and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If you want a tart taste, add a small amount of lemon juice.
