Recipe: Sweet Pickles from Purchased Dills

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes
From the Britton Centennial Cookbook:

Sweet Pickles

1 quart jar of any kind of dill pickles
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 Tblsp vinegar

Drain juice off of a quart of pickles cut into 1 inch chunks. Pour sugar and vinegar over the pickles. Put back in jar. Shake well and then shake every day for 3 days and use.
