Recipe(tried): Pickled Peppers with Cabbage

Preserving - Pickles, Relishes
I have been canniing these for years and they are great, I have never had a problem with them being preserved, her is my recipe to try. Thanks Barry T

BANNANA PEPPERS
STUFFED WITH SAUERKRAUT OR GRATED CABBAGE

CLEAN AND SEED PEPPERS, CUT THE BOTTOM OF THE PEPPER OFF JUST ENOUGH FOR THE JUICE TO FLOW THROUGH
(IF USING SAUERKRAUT RINSE WELL )
STUFF THE PEPPERS BE CAREFUL , NOT TOO MUCH BECAUSE THEY WILL SPLIT.
PACK THE PEPPERS INTO HOT JARS

BRINE
2-CUPS OF 5 % VINEGAR
2-CUPS OF WATER
1-CUP OF SUGAR
BRING TO A BOIL
POUR OVER PEPPERS AND SEAL JARS
YOU SHOULD WAIT ABOUT 2WEEKS BEFORE TRYING THEM
