Recipe(tried): Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows

Here is how Mom always did it.

Marshmallow Topped Sweet Potatoes

Prep time 10
Ready in 30 mins

Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine or butter , melted
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 cans (15 oz. each) sweet potatoes , drained
15 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows (about 2 cups)Preparation
Mix margarine, orange juice and cinnamon in lightly greased 1-quart baking dish until well blended.

Add sweet potatoes; mix lightly. Top with marshmallows.

Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are hot and marshmallows are lightly browned.
