Quick White Banana Bundt Cake

2 bananas -- mashed
18 1/4 ozs Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe White Cake Mix -- * see note
3 1/2 ozs fat-free vanilla pudding -- * see note
4 egg whites -- whipped
1 c fat-free sour cream
1/4 c water
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp baking powder

7 1/4 ozs Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 12-cup Bundt pan with cooking spray and flour;
set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, cake mix, pudding, egg whites,
sour cream, water, oil, and baking powder. Mix just until moistened. Turn
batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes. To prepare frosting, follow
directions on box. Then, spread over cooled cake.

NOTES : * A chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding may be used as a
substitute.

Kim,LA (09:43:13 am) : Here's a recipe I found that I can't wait to try I
thought I would share it with all of you.

HONEY BUN CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
8 ounce sour cream
Mix together and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

Mix together:
1 stick melted margarine
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
Mix and swirl over cake batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Icing:
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together and spread over the cake while it is still hot.

Kim,LA (10:09:16 am) : BUTTERFINGER CAKE

1 box yellow or chocolate cake mix
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
8 ounce cool whip
6 Butterfinger candy bars (crumbled)

Mix and bake cake in a 9x13 inch pan according to package directions. Remove
from oven, while still hot, poke holes in cake with the handle of a wooden
spoon. Pour condensed milk over warm cake. Top with three crumbled
Butterfinger candy bars. Refrigerate. When cake is cooled, top with Cool
whip and the remaining three crumbled candy bars. Keep refrigerated until
ready to serve.

1 pound loose oven sausage
1 cup hash browns
4 eggs
1 pack crescent dinner rolls
1 cup cheese
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper

Fry sausage until brown, drain fat. Place rolls on ungreased pizza pan or
cookie sheet, press rolls on sides to form a crust. Sprinkle sausage on
crust; crumble hash browns over sausage; add cheese. Mix eggs with milk and
pour egg mixture over casserole. SAlt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350
degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
