Recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1/3 cup butter (or margarine), melted
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups (10 oz.) peanut butter chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Heat oven to 300 degrees. Stir together crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then peanut butter chips, until
smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in mini-chips. Pour over
crust. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate.
Drizzle with melted chocolate for garnish, if desired. Serves 12.
