Recipe(tried): Tartar Sauce

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
Tartar Sauce

1 c. mayonnaise
1 teas. French mustard
1 Tbl. chopped parsley
1 tsp. minced shallots
1 Tbl., finely chopped, drained sweet or dill pickles ( depending on whether you like a sweet or sour taste)
1 Tbl. capers
chervil or tarragon are optional (1 tsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon, 1 Tbl. finely chopped fresh chervil)

You may thin the sauce with a little wine vinegar or lemon juice.
