Recipe: Texas Weiner Sauce (for Sharon)

Texas Weiner Sauce
Yield: 24 Servings

1 large onion; chopped
1 clove garlic; minced
2 tb butter
1 lb ground beef, extra lean; finely chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1 can V-8 vegetable juice
1/4 c water

Saute onion & garlic in butter. Add ground beef, spices and brown. Add water & V-8 and simmer for 1 hour. Process in blender to make fine mash.
