THE HAM WHAT AM
(OLD FASHIONED CRUNCHY HAM SALAD)
2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
1/4 cup shredded carrot
3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a medium bowl combine ham, carrot, pickle and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
Serve on seeded hard rolls, if desired.
Makes 2 1/4 cups filling
