The copy cat recipe for IHOP'S Harvest Grain Pancakes calls for powdered malt or something like that which I finally found where they carry beer making supplies. However, as I was trying to find this, it was suggested that I call Brueggers Bagel Bakery. They use the liquid or the malt extract. I feel like the local pub that makes their own beer also used the liquid but I could be wrong. I think that maybe if you try a bakery where the people are nice that they might sell you some. Brueggers would have sold me some of their extract but that isn't what I was looking for. I hope that this suggestion helps you locate it. Good luck:-)
