Recipe: 7 Layer Salad for Dianalynn

Salads - Assorted
7 LAYER SALAD

DRESSING:
2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise

1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
pinch of salt
SALAD:
1 head lettuce, torn, sliced, or chopped
1 (10 oz) box frozen peas, thawed
1 bunch fresh spinach, washed, stems removed, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 boiled eggs, chopped

DRESSING (can make 2 days ahead of time):
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.

SALAD:
Put remaining ingredients in 7 different layers of your choice in a glass bowl or 13x9-inch pan.

Pour dressing over top.
