Recipe(tried): Tropical Parfait (like ambrosia using mascarpone and marshmallow cremet)

This is an old "chestnut" but still a tasty hot weather dessert and easy for beginner cooks and busy young moms.
3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
milk
3/4 cup moist style Bakers shredded coconut
1 (6 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
4 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
1/3 cup maraschino cherries halved plus 4 whole for garnish
Begin by blending mascarpone and marshmallow fluff adding a little milk if needed to get a nice consistency.
Fold coconut and fruits. Place mixture in a serving bowl and top with a whole cherry.
Chill for 2 hours.
