Recipe(tried): Tuesday night Dinner - Chinese-Style Pepper Steak

Menus
Tonight I am having something that I fix every so often. My husband is not a fan of Chinese food, but loves this pepper steak. It is a very good recipe. I hope that some of you will try it. I am serving white corn in butter sauce, petite limas, and dinner rolls. The pepper steak will be served over a bed of white rice. Happy Cooking everyone!

Chinese-Style Pepper Steak

2 lbs. boneless top round steak or sirloin
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 med. size peppers, coarsley chopped or cut into thin strips(I use 1 green, 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper)
1 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced(I use dried minced garlic)
1 cup beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
hot cooked rice

Partially freeze steak, then slice across grain into strips. Brown in hot oil in a large skillet; add next 7 ingredients; Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Combine soy sauce, water, and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over rice.
