Recipe: Tuna Bean Salad

Tuna Bean Salad
Recipes.food.recipes/juli/1994

1 can navy beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can corn (unsalted canned corn--drained)
1 can tuna (water packed)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 Tbsp. parsley (dried)
1/3 cup Italian dressing (a little more or less to taste)

Mix everything together. Refrigerate.

Variations: chopped celery for more crunch, black beans for variety,
green or red onions for flair, green/red/yellow peppers for texture.

I found this recipe in a '91 magazine while on a stairmaster. I went home and made it. It may "seem" boring, but it's delicious, easliy
changed, practical, and fast.
