Recipe: Roast Beef Leftover Recipe

Roast Beef Leftover Recipe

3/4 lb. cooked roast beef
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced (optional)
Butter or oil for sauteing
Paprika to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste

In medium fry pan, saute green pepper for three to five minutes and then add onion. Saute mixture until onions are clear. Sprinkle with paprika. Add beef, stir together with vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. Turn meat when heated, sprinkle other with only garlic powder and/or paprika. You can serve over noodles or just plain with a salad poured from a bag. A fast, quick meal.
