Recipe: Quick Stir Fry Chicken/Veggies

Quick Stir-Fry Chicken/Veggies
Rec.food.recipes/sharbones/1998

1 bag frozen veggies of choice
2 pkgs. ramen, uncooked (pick the flavor to match meat)
Water
1-2 chicken breasts (pork or beef)

Saute bite size pieces of meat in oil or a little bouillon. Add frozen veggies, 1/4-1/2 c. water, and the seasoning from the ramen. Heat for a few minutes, covered. Add the 2 pkgs of ramen, broken into pieces. Toss with veggies and chicken and cover again. Steam for another couple of minutes or until the noodles are done.
