Quick Crab Dinner

This following recipe can be used with the imitation crab or lobster:
1/8 cup butter
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup dry white wine
imitation crab or lobster
cooked rice.
Melt butter in saucepan Add 2 cloves of garlic and lightly saute. Add 1/4 cup dry white wine Cut up imitation crab or lobster into strips. The flaked style works the best. Stir into mixture until just heated through. Serve over rice.
