TUNA CAKES
1 (6 ounce) can water packed tuna, drained
12 saltine crackers, crushed into crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties.
Brown on both sides in a pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Makes 4 servings
