Turkey and Avocado Salad

2 cups cubed turkey
2 avocados, sliced
2 tomatoes (I Like Roma) Chopped
Chopped olives
Feta chees, crumbled
Chopped onion

combine ingredients in a bowl and toss with a vinegarette of:

Extra Virgin Olive oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Dijon Mustard
Salt and Pepper

serve as a wrap or salad with pita bread on the side
