TUSCAN HALIBUT PACKETS FOR TWO
2 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 can (15.5 oz.) Great Northern or cannellini beans, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained
2 halibut fillets (4 to 6 oz. each), thawed
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.
Center one-half of beans and tomatoes on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top with halibut fillets; sprinkle with lemon pepper.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill.
