
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups grated American cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely cut onion
1 (6 oz.) can Star-Kist Tuna
1/4 cup finely cut pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
3 cups cooked, drained, macaroni
Combine milk, water, cheese and butter, and heat to boiling; simmer and stir until cheese melts.
Remove from heat and mix in crumbs, onion, pimiento, tuna, salt and pepper.
Stir macaroni and lightly beaten eggs into tuna mixture. Turn into greased loaf pan (9 1/2 x 5 1/2"x 2 1/2-inches).
Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 1/2 hours or until firm. (If glass loaf pan is used, bake at 325 degrees F).
Turn out and cut into slices to serve.
Serves 6
