Of course they are delightful in hot dogs. They are also excellent with grilled meat, with grilled chicken, as an addition to your tacos or quesadillas (instead of the salsa), as a special sauce over baked fish, and even as dip for doritos or crackers. Use also as a remoulade sauce, adding a tablespoon aver soups, specially cream ones and as a SOFRITO, for stews, bouillabaise and for red beans puerto rican style.

Also, you can use it as very special gift, at least, I know of many people who adore the Green Tomato Salsa & will prefer homemade version.
