Recipe(tried): Uses for Whole Wheat pastry flour

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
KELLY:
Good Morning. I use it for making pie dough. I sometimes mix in 1/3rd WW pastry flour with All-purpose flour. Sometimes I use 100% WW pastry flour. Try using 25% with 75% bread flour in making Pizza dough. Kelly, whenever mixing flours always sift twice in order to insure 100% blending. I hope this helps & have a nice day.
