Vegetable Tree

You will need: 1 piece of foam - cone or "tree" shaped (about 1' tall)
cherry tomatoes
fresh mushrooms
broccoli
cauliflower
baby carrots
radishes
fresh spinach
fresh parsley

Stand the cone on a decorative platter and cover the entire cone with the vegetables using toothpicks. First, lay a piece of fresh spinach to "hide" the foam and hold spinach in place with toothpicks. Then fill the tree with vegetables using toothpicks. You could even make a "star" out of pineapple and place it on the top of the tree. Make your favorite dip to go with the vegetables. This will look very pretty at your Christmas get togethers. Your guests will simply pick the vegetables off of the tree and enjoy!
