Recipe(tried): Whisky Cream Liqueur

Makes 3/4 pint
30ml (2 tablespoons) coffee granules
397g can condensed milk
150ml (1/4 pint) whisky
5ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla essence
Dissolve coffee granules in 300ml (1/2 pint) hot water.
Place coffee, condensed milk, whisky and vanilla essence in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are combined. Transfer to a bottle and put in refrigerator.
Shake well before use.
