Recipe(tried): Watergate Cake for Theresa/Va

WATERGATE CAKE

l pkg white cake mix
l pkg pistachio instant pudding mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
l cup 7-up
l/2 cup chopped pecans

Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in 9' layer pans, 25-30 min or 9xl3 pan
for 35 min at 350. Insert toothpick to check for doneness.
Cool cake before frosting.

FROSTING

l pkg pistachio instant pudding
l-l/4 cup cold milk
20 oz carton of coolwhip for layer cake or 8 oz for sheet cake.
Mix the above and frost the cake.
