Recipe(tried): Ribbon Sandwiches

It's not really a recipe, but a method. You'll need:

White bread, crusts removed and rolled to flatten slightly
Creamy fillings of your choice (for this you could color cream cheese to make the rainbow effect)

Spread filling on bread, add a bread slice, spread filling, add a bread slice, . . .
Bread should be pressed so that filling is really attached. Layer until stack is about two inches high, end with bread. Now slice the sandwiches as if you were slicing a loaf.

The same thing could be done with pound cake and sweet fillings too, the loaf shaped pound cakes. Slice lengthwise into even slices, 3 to 4, and add filling. Slice as usual.

Good luck! All of these tea ideas make me want to try one but, unfortunately, my schedule right now won't allow it.
