Recipe: Wish Bones (barbecued ribs using Italian salad dressing)

WISH BONES

3 pounds pork spareribs
1 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons smoke-flavor barbecue sauce or catsup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon seasoning blend (or seasoned salt)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

Have meat retailer cut ribs into 4-inch sections. Cook on barbecue grill slowly for 1 hour or until ribs are no longer pink

Combine the Italian dressing, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, seasoning blend, and Worcestershire sauce.

Brush mixture on top of ribs. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn ribs over and brush remaining mixture on ribs. Grill 5 to 10 minutes.
