Recipe: Curried Mayonnaise (using red curry paste)

Toppings - Assorted
CURRIED MAYONNAISE

Serve with ham sandwiches, tuna salad, cold turkey.

1/4 tsp saffron threads
1/4 tsp water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp red curry paste
2 tsp lime juice

Mix saffron threads and 1/4 cup water into a paste. Combine with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Will keep short periods if refrigerated.

Makes about 1 cup
