ZINGY SLAW
Prepare 1-3 hours before serving as it can get soggy
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/4 cup chopped onion (jarred is fine)
2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
horseradish to taste
1 tsp salt
Combine cabbage, carrots, radishes, and onion in large bowl.
Combine vinegar, water, sugar, horseradish, and salt. Mix 1/3 cup dressing into vegetables.
Servings: 4-6
