Recipe: Dilled Cucumbers

Salads - Assorted
DILLED CUCUMBERS

3 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried Dill Weed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper

In a small bowl, toss cucumbers with salt. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine all the remaining ingredients.

Drain the cucumbers and combine them with the sour cream mixture.

Chill until ready to serve.
