Recipe(tried): Zucchini Jelly
Misc. Terri, Here is my recipe for zucchini jelly.
Zucchini Jelly
6 cups peeled zucchini grated fine
6 cups sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice ( realemon )
1 6oz. box jello any flavor
Cook zucchini, sugar, pineapple and lemon juice together for 1/2 hour, stir in the jello stirring well. Ladel into jars and seal.
