ISO: Anise cookies
Misc. When I was a boy growing up my mother made anise cookies. From the best I can remember these were rolled out, chilled overnight then baked. They were hard as a rock and were ment for dipping in tea. My problem is that I can't seem to find a recipe that will result in the very hard cookies.
