ISO: Another week without a kitchen. Any dinner ideas?

Help! 1 more weeks (hopefully) w/out a kitchen
Tired of carry out. We have a convection/microwave, a small George Foreman grill and a crockpot. Too dark by 6 pm (and too cold) for the grill. Many tools and appliances are packed up. I have no stovetop so I can't boil or saute.

So far we have broiled ham steak, made Foreman-grilled cheeses and soup, Foreman-grilled pork chops, reheated frozen chili, had leftover turkey and carried out Thai, pizza, Italian, sandwiches and salads. Indoor camping really......

Got any ideas for some simple but decent meals? We are doing the renovations ourselves and I'm too tired to think straight! I need some inspiration. Thanks all.

P.S. My DH is not keen on pulled pork type meals.
