ISO: Baja Fresh salsa recipie

I am wondering if the Baja Fresh recipe for their salsa has black beans in it since it seems to either taste like it or look like it. After reading all the posts about blackened tomatoes it appears that there is more to the dark nature of the salsa than just that.
