ISO: baked lima bean

I too am looking for a recipe, the one that I have made but can not seem to find right now uses
short ribs,
ketchup,
dried mustard,
honey (and/or brown sugar)
GW boullion cubes and
dried limas....

The beans are soaked over night then added to the pot with the other ingredients which include the short ribs that have been pre-browned, all is then cooked slowly for at least 2 hours, maybe more
